Network II nurse call was designed with both installers and end-users in mind.
This feature packed system is ideal for use by the Private Sector in care establishments and for NHS Developments it has been developed and fine-tuned over the years to keep it at the forefront of technology.

Using a simple two-wire bus, installation couldn’t be easier.
Call points are wired in simple radials from the main control unit – or Hub as we call it. Indicator panels are wired on similar radials.



Staff Attack Alarms - Red Alert





The Red Alert system from Specialist Alarm Services helps hospital staff or residential care staff, feel more secure knowing that in an emergency they can summon help and assistance at a touch of a button using their own personal transmitter.



Our staff attack alarm systems are designed to allow staff to summon assistance by activating a personal alarm transmitter.
The exact location of the alarm is then immediately displayed on the LCD indicator panels which are located in key positions throughout the building and/or portable devices such as pagers or smartphones.

SAS Network II NET215 Slave Call Point






Sometimes located in double bedrooms This unit has a large orange call button and a socket for a push-to-call lead. As is does not have any reset or staff-to-staff alarm feature it is installed in conjunction with one of our nurse call units.



SAS Network II NET207 Infrared Call Point – Magnetic Reset





This type of call point is often installed in lounge areas so particularly vulnerable patients can be given a transmitter enabling them to call for assistance from their chair. Staff often carry a transmitter when they may be subject to an assault from visitors or patients






SAS Network II NET205M Call Point – Standard Reset





The staff operations are carried out using push buttons on this version. The blue reset button can also be used to log a visit to a room and also register the nurses presence within the room. A reassurance light is illuminated red to reassure a call has been made and green to inform the patient that staff are on their way.




SAS Network II Neck Pendant – NET208






This infra-red transmitter is ideal for patients to use as it has a large orange button that is easy to press. Used in conjunction with the SAS range of nurse call points with an built-in infra-red sensor such as NET207M. They come supplied with a neck cord with a break-strain adaptor.




SAS Network II NET207M Infrared Call Point (Standard Reset)





Staff often carry a transmitter when they may be subject to an assault from visitors or patients, in these circumstances this type of call point would be installed throughout the building



SAS Network II Call Lead





Designed to plug into the SAS range of nurse call units A large orange button is provided for the patient to press with a finger or even the palm of their hand. If the lead is accidentally pulled away from the nurse call point, a call will be made to draw the fact to the attention of the carer.



SAS Network II NET236 Programmer





It is used during commissioning to programme the non-infra-red addressable points The information is entered into the programmer it is then plugged in to the point via the jack socket. This transfers the programming information to the call point.



SAS Network II NET243 Large Text Display





The display can be scrolled to show each call in turn. Differing call tones let the staff know what level of alarm call has been initiated. A further button allows the installing engineer to adjust the settings of the display these include day/night time volumes and mute delay. Another feature allows any of the control buttons to be isolated preventing misuse . The Nursecall System helps patients and staff to relax in the knowledge that should help be required, either by the patient or by a member of staff assistance can be directed to the specific room at the touch of a button.
